Sherri Chapman, Owner

Sherri started Platinum Personnel in 1999. As a business owner with many years of experience in human resource management she understands the challenges employers face when trying to juggle the many aspects of running a successful business. She started Platinum Personnel with the goal of helping employers find the best employees for their organizations in a timely and efficient manner. Sherri has been a resident of Kelowna for over 30 years and can appreciate the enormous growth and changes that have occurred. Sherri has immense pride in her staff and the company’s integrity and internal quality controls, all of which have contributed to Platinum Personnel’s success.

Heather Simmonds, Recruitment Coordinator

Heather joined the Platinum team as a Recruitment Coordinator in 2006, having just returned to her hometown of Kelowna after living in England & Australia for 13 years. While living overseas she obtained extensive experience working in international corporate environments in a variety of industries. Heather holds an Office Administration Certificate and a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage. She is currently working towards her designation as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) through ACSESS (the Association of Canadian, Search and Staffing Services). Heather is committed to providing outstanding service & professional consultation to our clients and candidates.

Kim Linderman, Recruitment Coordinator

Kim has been a Recruitment Coordinator with Platinum Personnel since 2007. She understands the importance of the right fit between employer and employee. She pays attention to details in order to “fine tune” matches. Kim started her career with a degree in Education which she used in both teacher and school administrator roles. Extensive experience and training in assessing needs, evaluating skills and working with people help Kim make quality connections. Her energy and passion for helping others add to the professional approach at Platinum Personnel. She is currently pursuing her Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation through ACSESS and enjoys keeping abreast of current needs and trends to best help the community in which she works and lives. Kim looks forward to getting to know and assisting many new and repeat clients in their quest of building top quality teams.

Carole Rosenbaum, Recruitment Coordinator

Carole joined Platinum Personnel as a Recruitment Coordinator in 2000. Before moving to Kelowna, she managed a personnel agency in Montreal for 15 years. Carole possesses solid experience in recruiting staff at all levels, including senior management, for a wide variety of businesses. Carole has made it a priority to simplify the hiring process for both clients and candidates by providing accurate information to ensure success.

Anna Marton, Office Manager

Anna possesses a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and is currently working toward her certification as a Payroll Compliance Practitioner through the Canadian Payroll Association. Anna has been part of the Platinum Personnel team since 2004 and she is responsible for all in-house accounting functions and administration. She has experience working in a variety of industries including financial services, tourism, employment services and post-secondary education. Anna’s combination of professionalism and enthusiasm allows her to provide exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.

Crystal Hines, Administrative Assistant

Crystal is the first one to greet you at Platinum Personnel. A life long resident of the Okanagan Valley, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History and a minor in English at Okanagan University College in 2005 and joined Platinum Personnel shortly after. A dedicated professional, Crystal is committed to providing the best quality administrative support to the Platinum team and greeting each applicant and employer with warmth and enthusiasm.
