proportionately to the period of time the candidate has been working

Prescreening Services – We want to do our own hiring but we need 
assistance with certain aspects of the recruitment and selection process. 
How can Platinum Personnel be of assistance? 
Platinum Personnel provides hourly rated assistance which may include 
writing advertisements, screening resumes, conducting telephone interviews, 
conducting in-person interviews, completing reference checks, and/or
